1:1 HOLISTIC HEALTH COACHING

What’s Included:

My 1:1 coaching program focuses on creating permanent & sustainable lifestyle shifts that will heal your gut health and hormonal imbalances, allowing you to regain your life and have a better understanding and connection with your body and the season you are in.

Together, we will review all facets of your life, digging deep to find the root cause of your imbalance. I will guide you through implementing changes in the areas of nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset that work to synchronize your gut health, hormones and your wellbeing.

I will give you the guidance you need to live healthier, feel more energy, and be in tune with your body.

You will be confident in fueling your body with whole and real foods. You will learn to read your body's natural cues and rest and reset when you need. You will begin to heal your health and understand what it means to thrive in life and not just survive.

  1. Motivation - Discover what moves you and harness that energy to accomplish your goals.

  2. Sleep - Create a rhythm with the moon and the sun for better focus, mood, and overall health.

  3. Movement - Learn how to flow with the season you are in so you know when to rest, chase curiosity, and push yourself.

  4. Mindfulness - Creating rituals to train yourself to live in the present so you are able to focus on what is important.

  5. Nutrition - Eating seasonally so you can get nutrients at their peak for maximum density and the importance of meal planning.

3 Month Program

For those who need a crash course, are self-motivated and ready to work:

  • Six bi-weekly 60-minute sessions (twice a month)

  • Check-in form to assess symptom improvement between sessions

  • Adjusted nutrition and lifestyle recommendations

  • Further discussion and education on current session topic

  • Email follow-up entailing everything we discussed during our session, including your protocols, pdfs, and review notes.

6 Month Program

Did you know that it takes six months to create a habit? Over the course of six months, we experience shifts that try to alter the advancements you make, ie holidays, vacations, etc. During the six-month program, I will keep you on course for the progression you are making. 

  • Twelve bi-weekly 60-minute sessions (twice a month)

  • Check-in form to assess symptom improvement between sessions

  • Adjusted nutrition and lifestyle recommendations

  • Further discussion and education on current session topic

  • Email follow-up entailing everything we discussed during our session, including your protocols, pdfs, and review notes.

Intake Session:

  • A 90-minute session where we will go over an in-depth health and wellness questionnaire to get the full picture of your current state of health.

  • Evaluation of 5-day food journal

  • Map out health goals

Based on our findings from our intake session, we then proceed with unique bio individual protocols and education specifically designed to help you meet your health goals.
